One year with Lifeforce
In December 2024, I made a decision. I committed to Lifeforce for one full year with one clear intention. I wanted to see what was truly possible for my health. With the guidance of my clinician, I have made extraordinary progress toward optimal health. My energy is higher, my body is stronger, and my mindset is sharper. At 59 years old, I genuinely feel better than I did twenty years ago. This experience is not about slowing down. It is about raising the standard for what is possible.
