I love that my supplements orders according to labs taken every 3-4 months so that u can optimize your health. If I ever have a question or need help I email customer service and they help promptly and professionally . Love that after labs u have an appointment with medical staffs to review finding . Great service

The blood test went well at my home. I like the convenience of having the draw at home and the option of an early appointment. The follow up with the clinician is so helpful and Joanna Lancaster is always ready for the appointment and thorough with my results. She makes suggestions that are easy to follow. She is professional and answers my questions.

WASTE of time & $. There “smiling advertising pictures” are not a true representation of the type of Clinician they are. Clinician definitely lets you know you’re a bother. I had 2 questions, he was bothered and quite a bore. No comfort level was zero, so how would I ever talk about my health with him.

Leaving for good. On top of the monthly subscription being too expensive (and climbing), the customer support and professionalism is just not there. There have been times I have waited over TWO weeks to hear back regarding prescriptions! The lab they use for samples has also blown me off at least 3 times hours before a draw, each time saying they 'got a flat tire'. The last straw was the lack of documentation for a script that should have been higher than I was paying for. The ball is constantly being dropped on their end and I ended up spending time arguing with their people on Zendesk to get my money back. Go to GoodRX and pay a FRACTION of what these dummies are charging.
