WASTE of time & $. There “smiling advertising pictures” are not a true representation of the type of Clinician they are. Clinician definitely lets you know you’re a bother. I had 2 questions, he was bothered and quite a bore. No comfort level was zero, so how would I ever talk about my health with him.

Leaving for good. On top of the monthly subscription being too expensive (and climbing), the customer support and professionalism is just not there. There have been times I have waited over TWO weeks to hear back regarding prescriptions! The lab they use for samples has also blown me off at least 3 times hours before a draw, each time saying they 'got a flat tire'. The last straw was the lack of documentation for a script that should have been higher than I was paying for. The ball is constantly being dropped on their end and I ended up spending time arguing with their people on Zendesk to get my money back. Go to GoodRX and pay a FRACTION of what these dummies are charging.

I was a happy Lifeforce customer for almost a year. But when the scheduling testing went from very convenient to impossible, I found their customer to be non-existent. Initially, every three months I was given a week of time-slots for testing. When you're busy and travel often, this is a lifesaver. But this changed after I paid for a year. Instead of being given a set of options of when to schedule a blood draw, I was notified that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment within 7 days. This never happened. Twice, after more than a week had passed I had to file a support ticket to initiate the scheduling myself. Only then was I contacted by someone. And instead of coordinating a time to schedule a draw, a time was dictated to me that was convenient for the provider. When this time inevitably did not work, I was dictated another time usually weeks in the future. I was told that I could not schedule appointments during the week because the provider had a job. And while the poor experience scheduling a draw could be the result of one subcontractor, their lack of customer support from lifeforce cannot be explained. I filed five support tickets about this experience over the course of months but received zero replies. If you happen to have a good provider, lifeforce is amazing. But if you happen to get a bad one, they'll ignore you.

There is a lot of pushing vitamins, very little support. The "nutritionists" give useless information like "take more fiber" in response to very long questions. Its very expensive and your somewhat on your own.

They did an in depth blood work panel and ended up recommending 3 prescriptions and multiple supplements that had me taking over 20 pills a day and spending around $500/month not including the $149 monthly fee for the service. Between appointments I could not get in touch with my NP at all, emailing took 1 to 2 days for a response and it took FOREVER to find a phone number to call support. After explaining I was not experiencing any symptom relief, I was told well that's all they can do on their end and referred me back to my PCP. Refused to retest by blood work earlier that just a week before they felt it should be done (which was 3+months) as well as realizing that I was put on meds for this that were in normal ranges and also were not meant to be taken long term. I followed up with my own research into scientific research, peer reviewed articles and journals as well as several meta studies, concluding it seems they are just like everyone else they are pushing pills for profit. No thank you. One more note when I asked for documentation to provide my job due to the HEALTH ISSUES AND AUTO IMMUNE DISORDER they are giving me PRESCRIPTIONS for, I was told no sorry, we don't give documentation because we're providing proactive services. What a waste of my money time and health.

I’ve been working with Lifeforce for about four months now. I signed up for the subscription, which included a blood draw and a consultation with a PA to review the results. The initial experience was excellent. The blood draw was done at my home, right on time, and the whole process was smooth and easy. About a week later, I had my consultation with the PA, who walked me through my elevated markers and recommended a supplement protocol. My main goals were improving sleep (I deal with interrupted sleep), balancing hormones, and supporting muscle recovery. I followed the protocol exactly as prescribed, which included about five supplements over roughly 3–4 months. After staying fully compliant, I did a follow-up blood test—and unfortunately, my markers were even more elevated than before. That was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was consistent with everything. To their credit, the team suggested making adjustments and fine-tuning the protocol, which I appreciate. But at the same time, it’s hard to ignore that the results didn’t move in the right direction after several months of commitment. Overall, the service, communication, and convenience were all excellent. The blood draw and consultation process were top-notch. But for me, the outcome is what matters most—and based on my experience so far, I’m not seeing the results I was hoping for. I share this simply so others know that, while the process is professional and well run, the results aren’t guaranteed and may take more trial and error than expected. For now, I’ll likely be canceling my subscription.

I am frustrated with several aspects of the platform. First, it is not intuitive to navigate, and their website has glitches. For example, I cannot complete my health intake form because I can't proceed past the page where I enter my weight, even though I am following the required format. However, my main issue arises from my last provider appointment. A prescription medication was supposed to be added to my plan, but it wasn’t. I had to call and text customer service repeatedly, which took much longer than they had promised. Eventually, it was added to my plan, but I was still required to enter it myself. I completed this several weeks ago, but I noticed it hasn’t been charged yet, even though my other prescription was charged. I’ve had multiple bottles of that other medication sent to me due to their repeated shipments. The medication I need is for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which I had been receiving from a different provider. I canceled that service, thinking I could streamline my medication management here. Now, nearly a month has passed, and I have received no indication that my HRT medication is on its way. I have never encountered such an inefficient platform. I will be canceling my account as soon as I manage to get my medications sorted out.

The people are great & very attentive. I always get a quick response from MANY people always happy to try and help. I can't say enough how much I LOVE the people. The what seems like an automated system can be a pain and not work properly. It also seems that when thing do go wrong, it is not easy for your personnel to adjust/correct the system. I might be wrong. I followed what I thought was the procedure at the time. It could have been because I downloaded my blood work paperwork before filling out the questionere completely the system was not happy. My new blood work was supposed to be loaded after the fix. In the past years, better draw-result-notification has been a maximum of a few days between me getting the results from the labs and being informed from LifeForce "my data is in". It has now been over a week.
