This company takes forever to schedule your lab work and also takes forever to schedule the follow up appointment with a PA or coach. I am tired of their poor services because they are ready to charge your credit card every month but they make you wait to get your results. I am cancelling this subscription. Be aware

Absolutely love my experience with my Lifeforce clinician each time, but the customer service with their customer support team is literally the bottom of the barrel. I have been waiting for a resolution to a major issue for a month now, with zero response from their customer support team. They are totally unresponsive, don't actually answer my question as a customer, and it requires multiple attempts to even get a response to anything. They also don't follow-up on anything, which is very infuriating for a supposed health concierge program. Their customer service has tainted my entire experience with their program, and I will be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed with the experience so far. I had my lab work done almost a month ago, and my results are still not available. It honestly feels like the process is so slow that another monthly membership charge comes through before you even get to speak with a doctor or start any actual treatment. I can’t say whether that’s intentional, but that’s certainly how it feels as a customer. If you’re paying for a membership, you should expect timely lab results and access to care—not weeks of waiting with no clear answers.

I’ve been a Lifeforce member for several years, and my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Most recently, I was prescribed 30 tablets but received only 17 in my shipment. This is a serious medication error, not a minor issue. When I contacted customer service, I was told this was “not a big deal,” which is unacceptable given that this involves my health. What’s even more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. In the past, my prescription was delayed/held back by a customer service representative for no clear reason, causing unnecessary stress and disruption. At the same time, I am paying $129/month for membership and $80 for prescription. Being charged in full while dealing with repeated issues, lack of accountability, and poor customer service is simply not acceptable. For a company operating in the healthcare space, accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness should be basic standards. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I hope Lifeforce takes this seriously and makes significant improvements.

Lifeforce recommended I take 3 different hormone supplements, as well as testosterone therapy based off their lab results which I had performed at same time as my primary dr. Lifeforce’s lab showed much more dramatic results than my primary which should have been my first warning sign. I refused to take most of the supplements and meds the Lifeforce clinician said I needed over a zoom call, but did agree to try DHEA supplementation for 3 months. Now, 3 months later none of my lab results are much different but my life is in shambles after becoming an angry and aggressive jerk on the supplement and not identifying it as the cause in time to protect my loved ones from my severe mood swings, anger and depression that developed. These mood changes, it turns out, are quite common with these supplements and hormone therapies but were never spoken of in my consultation with the clinician aka supplement sales rep. This company is selling pseudo science with real world dangers for individual health outcomes and should be stopped. Go see a real Dr and skip this scam of an operation. I am a healthy 47 male with no history of mood disorders fyi. This company doesn’t care about health outcomes—they care about selling supplements and taking your $$.

I have been a paying member of Lifeforce for about 2 years and had a great experience until about 6 months ago - scheduling appointments has become increasingly difficult, customer service has drastically declined and the steep price just no longer holds the same value. I was referring friends and clients to this program - now I tell them to stay away and refer them somewhere who cares about their customers, and gives excellent customer service.

I have had terrible from this so called nurse practitioner that ended with me having to call 911 to go to the hospital. Looking for ways to expose this agency after my neighbor has had similar problems. Whoever you’re sending out to see us at home is sn absolute disgrace to her profession.

I have never felt like I just gave money away until I have used this company. I have tried sending them 4 emails to all email addresses, I have tried calling and only received a messaging machine everyday (apparently everyday they have so many calls they send you to an answering machine) I have never gotten a call back or a email back, the labs they performed were not able be used by my Dr. due to the time put on the labs, they were taken at 7:00am and yet labs say collection at 11:15. This is ridiculous and for the price that they charge you would think you would have access to talk to anyone, this company is overrated over priced and they give you nothing in return! UPDATE: So I finally got ahold of someone and their answer was sorry I don't know why we didn't get back to you, they can't issue a refund because I've already had my blood draw, wow because I thought the $149.00 was for more than just a blood draw. Once again you can go get a blood draw out of pocket for $50.00 overpriced overhyped and not worth the money, after that phone call if I could rate it lower than one star I would LAST UPDATE: So someone with life-force finally called me and was extremely apologetic and gave me a full refund, it was appreciated receiving a phone call from someone who understood my frustration.
