My representative was Ann. I thought I had everything ready for her, but I didn’t. She was incredibly patient with me and helped me trouble shoot each of my issues. She documented everything so when I call back in I won’t have to start all over. I only have one thing to resolve.

Great chat service
Mel made it easy to get my tracking information and explained the stability of my sample in transit so I didn’t need to worry. Now just waiting for my results!
