Worse thing ever
Worse thing ever, do not waster your money....sale kits for male or female but do not denote which is which on box or anywhere else, do not answer phone or return call, require a MLB number to register yet have 3 different MLB numbers on various parts of the kit...go somewhere else and save your money THEIR RESPONE BELOW: So they respond to negative reviews, but still have not returned my phone calls or emails...yet they say "just contact us at our email"...which they don't respond to. They will not answer their phone ever either...can only leave a message with no return calls...Laughable, disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Bought mine at Walgreens
Bought mine at Walgreens. Could not register the kit. Yes they responded to my emails but still the issue remains. Far to much of a hassle for a expensive product. Definitely would not purchase again.

Still waiting on results
Still waiting on results. Their customer service is a joke. Do not purchase a test from them. Pretty sure this is 100 percent a scam. I did my test in October and mailed it in and it is now December and I have yet to get any updates or anything from them. I had to reach out to check the status and all they could say was it’s still not ready and couldn’t give me a timeframe of when I would have my results. Buyer beware!! Do not use this company. You will regret it!

No results well after a month
They got my test 10/26/2024. It’s now 12/5/24 and still no results. Their test result time frame promise is a total sham. They don’t even reach out to me with an update. I have to contact them to get a status and they can only be reached by email that takes days to get a response. The test results are important to me and now I guess I’ll have to do it all over again with another reputable business, I really doubt any results now with the age of the test will be accurate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not delivering on their service
They received my tests over a month ago and I’m yet to receive the results. Customer Service had said I’d receive them 2 weeks ago and I ended up needing to follow twice to get a response. Telling me the lab is overwhelmed adds salt to the wound as it now makes me question the validity of the results, if they ever come. This has been a waste of time and money and I write this to save yours.

Extremely long to get results back
If you are looking for a timely test, look somewhere else. If you can wait a month or longer, use them. I'm still waiting for my results a month later. Customer support says they are just overwhelmed with tests and give them another week to het my results. I highly recommend using a different company. I've used them 10 times over the past 4 years and each time it gets longer and longer or they say the samples we no good. I've never had this issue with anyone else.

I still can't get my results 2 mos
I still can't get my results 2 most. later and get no response from customer service. Although you will see them comment following my review that they sent my results but they did not. No one from customer service will contact me or help me.

No results, feels like a scam
It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and 2 weeks since they received my sample and I have not received my results. Customer service has not been helpful.
