I asked my doctor to test me but was only sent for urinalysis of 2 STIs. Came back negative but it was all on my chart for everyone to see for every appointment.. it was so embarrassing! Getting a mole removed and their like.. oh I see you had STI tests! Ugh. So I wanted more tests but some privacy. I am so pleased with this service.

I love the convenience of the tests I don't have to go anywhere and it's all very private. Only downside was the number for the hiv testing was not 24/7 like stated. Other than that awesome product.

....be prepared for a horrible website experience. registering took F-O-R-E-V-E-R due to the super slow website. and, the site never said they received my samples, so i had to call to make sure. they should a) have a more reliable website, and b) an "received"...or "results pending" notification. otherwise, great job with the testing, speed of results, etc....

Gay guy here. Got the three site chlamydia and gonorrhea box. My box had no instructions for the throat swab and no instructions for the rectal swab. I did get instructions for a vaginal swab... Fortunately, I'm a nurse and know how to swab. Others might be a little lost. Everything else was perfect.
