I got my test done from home without much effort before my international travel but they can arrange for a pickup as we can't go out if people are sick. Also, I have to make at least 10 phone calls to get hold of the customer service before I was able to speak to someone. The call was getting dropped frequently and the other side was not able to hear me. they have to improve their phone service/customer service. They are saying 24 to 48 hours so you have to consider 48 hours as the timeline.

The COVID-19 At-Home Test Kit, Nasal Swab Sample, STANDARD Shipping, by myLAB Box is easy to do and the same nasal swab process as you would get at a Covid station. The swab goes up your nostrils just as far on both sides then you break it if at perforated point into specimen tube. Each test is numbered with your specific information. You go to their website to register your box, follow the instructions. Reseal back into box then into UPS envelope attaching the prepaid Label. Testing is supposed to take 1 to 5 days after they receive the specimen however it appears to be backed up and it may take 5 to 10 days excluding weekends to receive your results. In essence you may be either sicker or past your quarantine period by the time you get your results. It’s always good to know either way if you have some immunity if positive, but do not get the immunization for Covid until you know you are positive or negative.

I’ve ordered 3 tests from this service and have had no issues so far. However I have a lot of medical anxiety, especially surrounding sexual health. While this service is very helpful, a lot of the information provided about the test types when you order a combo STD test box is only available after you get your results and I would much prefer a full breakdown of the processes to ease my mind. Anything that would help soothe anxiety would be nice, especially since I have the UNFOUNDED fear that my kit was actually never tested and they just sent me good results.

I just got my lab results in today. The whole process took from May 13th-June 3rd which is much longer then expected. However, it was longer than normal because they had to send me a new box. The shipping was super fast on both boxes, only two business days for me to receive each box. The instructions for testing were a little confusing, but it was very fast and it took about 5 minutes. The customer service representative Zara gets an A+! She was very fast, efficient, friendly, and seemed like she really cared about my questions and concerns. It also didn't take more than an hour for her to reply each time. Waiting for the test results was kind of annoying because it took longer than expected. They did alert me immediately via email when my tests results were in which was great. I would normally go to an urgent care or my doctor to get tested, but this is a great option for getting tested due to COVID-19. I would overall recommend this service even though it did take longer than expected.

Easy to follow instructions. Private STD testing. Wish the transaction didn't show up on my credit card statement as "STD tests."

A little slow but good service and great anonymous way to get checked

You can't beat the convenience and privacy of myLAB Box, and even though the price point is a little high, it's clear that you're getting a high quality service, so it's worth it. My only negative is that the instructions for getting HIV test results say that you can call in anytime for results, when in fact there is a call center that is only open during EST business hours. They told me this was temporary due to a problem with their results reporting phone lines, but they also told me the same thing a year ago. Overall, though, good service, and an easy way to improve access to a vital health care service.
