The product is great for getting a result, the follow up service is subpar
The box itself is awesome and your results are posted quickly. However, if you should receive a positive result, I wouldn't even bother trying to have myLab Box assist you. In my experience. there was a lot of waiting involved and I wouldn't get responses or the information I needed from them. In the end, I would recommend to just go to your primary care physician as I did and let them know about the test result and they will take care of you from there.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We are happy to hear that your testing process was smooth, but are so sorry you had a less than stellar experience with your physician referral. We strive continuously for excellent customer service, and when our customers are unhappy, so are we. All our results are lab-certified which means you can share them with any licensed practitioner and receive treatment. All positive results automatically receive a complimentary phone consultation with an STD counselor. Our protocol when a customer requests a complimentary treatment and prescription is to immediately send contact information for our physician affiliate and referral details for our customers to connect directly to a physician and customers are typically serviced within 24 hours if not that same day. We have yet to hear any reports of a lag in response time from our physician affiliate. As you brought up a huge potential concern, we contacted the provider immediately and unfortunately, it appears that in your case there are no records of contact between you and the provider. That said, we have already implemented an additional layer of follow up with customers who do request a treatment referral to ensure that everyone has made connection with our physician affiliate and received a treatment plan successfully.
