Simple instructions for food sensitivity testing. Samples were sent to the wrong lab, but spoke to the company through an immediate reply. Samples were forwarded to the new lab and results received worth a week. Fun to review.

I was astonished at how quickly and kindly my concerns were addressed by myLAB Box's customer service team. Every concern I brought to them was addressed in less than 24 hours (not including weekends). The emails were kind and straight to the point. Having this experience with the care team made me realize that companies can actually be kind and caring to their customer's concerns. Great customer service! Even when they were having facility processing issues, Viktoria was always responsive with answering all of my questions. Results came in 2 weeks prior to my doctor's visit so no more pap smear or HPV tests for 5 more years! At home convenience is the way to go.

I received a cortisol test—the original tubes were flawed—they could not process the samples that leaked. They corrected the issue by sending a new kit without charge. The representative was kind and quick to solve the issue.
