Mel from customer service was awesome. She helped me with what I needed and answered questions for me. It took a while for kit to come in but only 3 days longer than expected but it was weekend when I ordered too. Hopefully I can get results quick once I mail out. I got my results back pretty fast and I'm so glad I used this method of testing.

Due to high insurance deductibles, I wanted to make sure I needed to go to the doctor. With the mylab box, I was able to take tests to rule out issues and take control of my own health. The company was professional and timely. They did say there was more support for their lab results than what I experienced hence 4 stars.

MyLabBox has great comprehensive panels. I have been so frustrated with weight gain over the past 2 years and my doctor wasn’t taking me seriously. I’m so glad I did the weight loss panel! It ruled out cortisol and surprisingly showed that my real issue was estrogen dominance! I was able to take my results back to my doctor to get prescribed hormone treatment and it’s definitely helping my body finally shed some lbs. In terms of the testing, I would give them a 5 star review. Had to give a 4 because it took longer than I’d hoped for results (lab is in OR and I’m in GA). I waited a couple weeks for results. Also I thought there was supposed to be a professional who would go over results with you. I couldn’t figure that part out, but the lab results did list out ranges and explain readings so I was able to figure out my problem area.

Shipping was on par, nothing speedy but I didn't pay for fast shipping. Had great instructions and easy to understand. Called for some help when I had a question and customer service was super helpful! Results took about 10 days from sending back. All in all a good experience and I'd use the company again for future blood work!

The test and ordering process was convenient. The shipping was quick for me to receive it although I never received a shipping or delivery notification. I also would have expected the return shipment to be a bit faster, as the samples took a week say they were received by the lab and then another week before I got the results. There was no shipping notifications, only the initial email that the order was being processed and then when I got the results. I assume the results were accurate but did not confirm them with another test.

Updated: I was refunded and a new test was sent to me, mailed and completed in a timely manner. Overall, it was a good experience. I would say if you run into issues, contact customer service through email. I think their chat support agents could have been way more useful but I got my results and I’m happy. It took several days past the time advertised to even receive my kit, and it’s been 2 weeks since I mailed the sample and both times I’ve checked with support and they say it’s “delayed” - I requested a refund and they refused due to company policy. Essentially, they will get money for a test they will never have to perform. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently sent in tests for 7 staff members to be tested before a work event and one of the tests never came back. We got the email thst it was received, but then it was lost. We had to get a CVS Pharmacy test at the last minute. The rest of the tests were done quickly.
