Took over a month to receive my boxes. Then instead of getting my results in 1-5 days like advertised it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve only got 1 of 3 results back. When I called to ask for my results they said my resilts were finished 3 days prior to my calling but not updated to my account. And that they would send me an email letting me know my account was updated but instead all I got were 3 “review our product” emails so here I am with my review, since their site filters the reviews they post (probably why they only have 10 reviews on their site) So now I feel I have to make an emergency appointment elsewhere which defeated the purpose of these expensive boxes. Do yourself a favor and just go to planned parenthood they’ll at least give you your results!!! And probably do it for free!

Mylab test me and said I would need to do another, cause there was a undetect. They said for 25 percent off they would do it again. I went to quest diagnostics and got results right away

Website advertises free 2 day shipping. 4 days after I placed my order the tracking info stated that it was not due to arrive for another 2 days. When I emailed customer service, they said because my order was placed on Friday it actually takes 72 hours. I tried explaining that that was irrelevant because it was now 100 hours later and I still have to wait 2 more days for it to arrive and they did not seem to understand that I still had a problem. When I called the customer service hotline they offered no explanation and no resolution except that they could cancel the order and send a new one. Why would I want to do that when it’s already taking too long for the kit ordered days ago to arrive? I could have made an appointment and billed my insurance and it would have been handled by now. If time isn’t a concern or you’re uninsured then go ahead but if you want the test sooner rather than later you’re better off going to the doctor even if you have to wait a week for an appointment. I would also like to add that this is not a USPS error- according to the tracking information, they didn’t even receive the package to be shipped for over 72 hours after my order was placed. It seems like somebody dropped the ball and they’re not willing to admit it. I worked for a small online store and am totally understanding of shipping and/or human errors so a simple apology would have smoothed things over. However, I was also really disappointed when I reached out to the company about this (multiple times by email and once by phone). EDIT TO ADD the box arrived after a full week wait unusable because a part is missing. Will be calling them back on Monday for a full refund.

After requesting a refund for my invalid 1st test i was sent another complimentary test that came back positive, so i go to my PCP the same day as i got my results where she took 2 samples that both came back negative. Customer service never provided me with their accreditation numbers so i could look the company up in the FDA system so i believe it’s fraudulent. Also i can’t find any real information on the doctor listed, the FB page is fake .

I ordered 2 kits, one for myself and husband. While I received my results, he never did. There was an issue with registering the kit, but once resolved, I received notification that his results were ready only to find they were my results posted again. I have requested to speak to a live person instead of email because something is obviously getting translated incorrectly. I have also asked for a refund. I haven’t received a response yet. I do not recommend this company.

I received the kit without the blood slip, so totally worthless. The specimen collection kit is a sealed, prepackaged box so clearly they have processing issues. Wouldn't trust them to process my sample at all.

I purchased a basic test and they sent me the wrong gender test. I emailed them and they said they would send a replacement yet never did. I have emailed them multiple times over the last few months and have received no help regarding the issue. I feel scammed and will never purchase from this company again.

The customer service is just appalling. I mean, you can tell by the copy and paste "apology + excuse" response they're throwing at the end of every bad review here. There was just mistake after mistake- the payment went through twice and took weeks to be refunded, the box mysteriously went missing and had to be re shipped, when it finally arrived it only contained a small portion of the items (so they had to send out a second box with the remaining items). Good luck getting them on the phone or having them email you back- the whole experience was just so tiresome and time consuming, especially at such a high cost. I just bought this because of the novelty of it, but in the future im going to simply go to the doctor. It's miles quicker, easier, friendlier. Everyone should be getting checked for std's if they're sexually active, so it's not like I'm ashamed. All in all, cute idea but I could not in good conscience recommend this to anyone.
