If I could give zero stars I would. This company is such a scam. I don't recommend it to anyone. This company took an awful situation and made it worse. I waited for results for almost 2 weeks. What I got was an email telling me that because I live in New York they won't run the test. So they tell me they'll give me a full refund if I send them a receipt. I send the receipt then they tell me that I have to get the refund from the site I bought it from. How am I going to get a refund from them? I have nothing to return to them. This company is a scam and a complete ripoff.

I really did have a terrible experience. I wouldn’t have written a review except that the company emailed me asking for one so I guess this is the result of that. I submitted a test for myself and my husband at the same time, and I only ever got results for one of us. It seems that my tests got confused at the lab, and I couldn’t tell which one of us was negative. When I contacted customer service, I was told that you can’t submit more than one test from the same account, which I think is absolutely nuts in 2022. Like, head of household is going to be submitting multiple test at once. Plus, my husband was really sick! Anyway, there was a lot of back-and-forth, mostly because it took a full 24 hours for anyone to get back to me after each response email. In the end, we went and got tested elsewhere, paying out-of-pocket, and we literally never got our second set of results despite paying $50 for the kit.

I took the HSV2 test months back in December 2021. My results came back positive without an index value. I had to send an email to a rep in order to be contacted about my results. She said for me to take this as a false positive since I had no index number. Fast forward, 3 months later I actually got lab work done with a different company and got tested for HSV1 and HSV2 for the same price as Lab Box's solo HSV2 test. My results came in today and I'm NEGATIVE for both. My Lab Box false positive caused me so much distress for months because it was always on the back of my mind. My advice is that if someone test for herpes and it's reactive but with no index number then don't even release the results. Mark it as inconclusive and OFFER a refund or a replacement in the next few months. Never again would I use this service. The communication is also very " hide and seek-ish".

If I could give zero stars I would this is the absolute worse experience I’ve had with a company! They sent me the women's kit with a dirty swab to take the sample. I mean don’t they check what type of product they are sending out especially when it comes to peoples health? That is totally unacceptable. I have used other websites like every well and never had an issue like that. The only reason I didn’t use everlywell is because they didn’t have the test I needed. I will never use mylabbox ever again. You pay all that money to receive a kit with a dirty cotton swab that your supposed to stick up you private parts! I seen someone else that got the same thing in there kit so obviously this company is not checking the kits before there sent out!

This is the absolute WORST service ever. 3 weeks later and still no results. They're basically irrelevant to me now. $300 test for this? Absolute trash, don't spend your money on it and go elsewhere.

I ordered a test kit and got it 4 days later, claiming it was 2 day shipping. After taking the blood test there were no directions on how to package and ship the sample. I called the customer service hotline and they made me leave a voicemail after being on hold for 15 minutes, and nobody from customer service returned my call. Awful company. WOULD NOT RECOMEND

My granddaughter ordered this box for her fiancé almost a week ago and still hasn’t received the COVID test kit! Supposed to get in a couple days. ( they live with me). When she called WalMart (3 times) they said they don’t know anything about it. They wouldn’t give her the name of the lab but she finally found the info on the net. She sent them and email but they haven’t responded. Paid over $100 for this aggravation. He needs for work, has had the nose swab test over a month ago and said it was extremely painful and caused bleeding so wanted saliva test this time. If company can’t get the test or results out timely customers should be refunded!

This was the worst 3 weeks of my life! I ordered a kit from them, which did not arrive until a week later (understandable, with the mail system being backed up right now). But when I sent it in and it was received by the lab I was notified the next day that they had sent me the "wrong collection device" and would be sending me a new one. This only increased my anxiety more because now I had to wait an extra week for the next kit to arrive, even though they promised expedited shipping. Then after taking the second test and sending that in, lo and behold the next day after they received the kit at the lab I got another email saying they needed to send me a replacement kit with the correct collection device. Twice in a row! From June 8th through June 29th I have had so much anxiety from this and it has done me way more harm than good. Never ever order a test from My Lab Box! I currently have one processing from Lets Get Checked and it seems to be going much more smoothly. Thankfully I was able to get a refund, but the emotional trauma this whole ordeal has caused me can't be fixed by that.
