Upon receiving my kit, everything was very simple and easy to follow in collecting the sample. Instructions were very easy to read and understand. Unfortunately, there were issues with registering my box. (MLB number on box that you enter when registering the kit; this your kit to your information I believe). By the time I noticed there were issues, I had already mailed my kit to the lab. I emailed the given email for questions and issues regarding my problem. I was emailed back that same day in a short time. Zara(person who emailed from the company), was very helpful. We exchanged a number of emails back and forth trying to fix the issue. It was nice to be talking to the same person who you initially explained the problem to, rather than someone new each time. Zara was always reassuring And kept me in the loop of what they were doing or had done at that time to locate my kit registration. I never waited more than a few hours for a response via email, which was very nice. Eventually, Zara emailed me with the good news that my kit had been located and registered correctly. I highly recommend using this company for any kind of kit test you may need. I felt no embarrassment or judgement when discussing my kit with Zara, and they were easy to talk to during the process. Customer service here is through the roof. Not only is the kit upon receiving, easy to understand and follow, shipment back to the lab is simple as well. Customer service!!! Can’t stress it enough how great it was!! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

If I have any questions, myLAB Box has one of the BEST Customer Service department that I've ever dealt with. They are very helpful, and make sure to find the answers that you need. I love how private and accessible receiving the results are. I can go online, sign in, and check my results. I don't have to wait around for a doctor to call me or play phone tag. I can download the results to a PDF, if needed, and send them to my partner. They also give you the option to speak with a professional after your test results. No, you don't need a positive result to speak to someone. If you are experiencing symptoms AND your results are Negative, you can still speak to someone. I find that very helpful. For those in similar shoes, you can bypass the doctors for simple tests like these. If you have something more serious, I do suggest seeing a real life doctor. But for STDs / STIs. this works great.
