myLAB BoxReviews of mylabbox.com

This was a really easy kit to use. The instructions were concise and easy to understand. I read them through twice and then took my sample, packaged it up as instructed (all packing materials are included) and sent it off. Within a few days I had my results emailed to me. I recommend this Covid testing kit for peace of mind and ease of use.

This testing kit was very helpful! I ordered the one for diabetes and it came with very clear instructions for use. If you are weary of needles, I recommend asking someone in your household to help you poke your fingers to draw the blood. It doesn’t hurt at all! I also appreciated the tracking so I knew when my kit was received and when the results were on my account. Overall, if you are looking for an at home testing kit, I highly recommend this company. It’s so easy to use!

Very easy to use and quick results.

Fast covid test! Needed before a work trip, so I was cleared to go. I'll be returning in a week and running the same process from mylabbox for sure. Would highly recommend

I had a very great experience with this company. I was very stressed about getting a covid test close to my travel date. I ordered the test and got it the very next day. It was simple to do and I returned it the same day. I had the results within 24 hours. Their communication is terrific and their rep was extremely helpful. I am now ready for my trip. I would definitely recommend this company.

Getting an STD is my biggest fear and I was stressed thinking about going to the doctors for a test. I read a lot of reviews about this product and was so happy I chose this! The box came super fast, the directions were easy and straight forward. Like a couple other reviews I read, I also had a hard time filling all the circles with blood. I had to run to the drug store to by more of the devices to draw blood. Other than that, it was super easy. From the day I collected my samples to the day I got the results, it was 9 days. What a relief! I also liked the idea that if you had a positive result, there were staff available to walk you through the next steps. This eased my worries and gave me the peace of mind I was hoping for. I will continue to use this product for testing in the future. Money well spent!

The box arrived super fast. The test itself was pretty easy except for filling the circle blood drop portion. After trial and error, I found that if you put the outside circle of the lancet on the highest part of your finger it gives you the most blood. Shipping the samples back to the lab took a little longer, but overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to other people and I’ll be using this product again!

Very responsive and resolved my issues quickly. I will do business with them again!
