I purchased the kit for weight loss in hopes of getting some insights related to well…. weight loss. The report I got back was completely generic and unhelpful. I think it could have been for any kit, No insights or anything that would indicate I bought anything related to weight loss. But in trying to draw my own conclusions I noticed the report noted my testosterone score was out of the normal range they identified. When I then spoke to my doctor about it he showed me that while the result was correct the range they identified was totally erroneous, as in WAY off. In fact my levels were perfectly in the normal range. When making these complaints to customer service, my first comment above was fully ignored and they suggested I speak to one of their doctors. They also pointed me to their refund policy which states basically “No refunds”. The whole experience was a waste of my time and money. An expensive lesson learned but hopefully this helps others not to make the same mistake.

I decided to use MyLabBox to test for Genital Herpes. I had never had any symptoms but have always had some anxiety around STDs in general and get tested often, and I realized I had never been tested for HSV2. So I ordered the test and sent my sample in. I received a “positive” result with no index value or any information. I was told a doctor would reach out to me which also never happened and I was not given any information on how to contact a doctor. I reached out to MyLabBox and was given my index value over the phone (the lady told me they never give index values with results). I started to research about false positives with HSV2 and found out they’re extremely common and that several people have shared how they have gotten false positives through MyLabBox. I decided to go to my gynecologist for another HSV2 test. This is where I found out that I do not have HSV2 and I received a false positive from MyLabBox. My gyno informed me that the index value I received from MyLabBox was an extremely weak positive and should not have been resulted positive due to that. The two weeks where I thought I had herpes was extremely stressful and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Please take my advice and do not use MyLabBox for any STD testing!!

Did exactly as the card said. Paid $200 some dollars for the women’s fertility test and filled my blood samples as shown and did the salvia test more than what they asked. Test results took over a week and “we’re canceled” because of invalid data. The company offered to replace and send me a new test for another $30 which is crazy. The replacement tests should be comped for the first one If ever needed. Customer service offered to give me a refund minus $60 for fees. So here I am down 60 dollars and left with no results. Will not recommend

Absolutely horrible customer service. They claim that you have results within 3-5 days. But when you ask them about the status they claim that they actually mean “business days” after receipt which the website does NOT specify. Additionally they claim they need an additional 24 hours to “process” your samples. So in actuality you’ll get results closer to 2 weeks, instead of the 3-5 days that they claim. This company is a scam, lures you with inaccurate timelines for results, and you can easily get same or next day results by going to urgent care.

I sent in my blood sample. The lab rejected the sample stating it was insufficient when it was sent in correctly. Received an email that I needed to contact them to pay $15.18 in order to get another kit sent to me. I refuse to pay any additional money when I followed the instructions the first time for the collection. I was unable to get a refund for the kit that was purchased. I called the My Lab Box. The representative followed up with me via text message instead of calling me back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor would email me.

SLOW! It is difficult to have confidence in the results when the Customer has to remind MyLabBox that they have had the sample for a week. If they can't keep track of your lab work, how can the analysis be valid? The latter is more complex than the former, and they fouled up the former. TLDR: Tried it. Won't be going back.

Absolutely terrible. Before 2022 they were reliable. Now you order a box and it comes to you, from mylabbox, and it's already registered. That used to be how they worked. Now it's just all over the place Circa July 2022 they worked. Now, in 2023, they don't. Horrid experience. I sent in a kit and it's been over a month for results. It was lost, it was resulted to another user; they admitted this and said it was bought under x email, register under x email but I needed to login to Y email to get results. Used to be trustworthy and reliable. Y email wasn't even mine.

I feel scammed. I ordered an STD kit. The promised "expedited" shipping took 5 days to arrive at the lab, I never got a result, only a message on my account that the sample got rejected without giving a reason was carefully following the instructions and feel I was correct on my end). I contacted customer support, whose bot said they'd get back a few business days but never did.
