At first, I was hesitant about the accuracy of this at-home testing process; however, when I had no choice in February this year, my mom and I had to reconsider myLAB Box, and it turned out very awesome! Both our Covid test results showed perfectly accurate to the initial result we took from another laboratory. I regret that I had to doubt the myLAB Box option in the beginning, as I'm now overwhelmingly impressed with their accuracy and top-notch service. This was my first time ordering at-home test kits and I decided to try multiple test kits from different companies including Mylabbox. They promptly shipped out my Mycoplasma test kit within a few days. For comparison, their competitor Everlywell took nearly 10 days after ordering to ship my kit, blaming covid for the delay. Mylabbox's packaging was neatly organized and the instructions were easy to follow. Slipped the sample into a plastic bag, put it back in the box, and into a plastic envelope with a prepaid USPS label. Shipping to the lab took about 3 days. My sample arrived at the lab on a Monday and I had the results by Thursday evening. Altogether, from ordering to results, I would estimate the roundtrip time was about 2 weeks total. Pretty quick turnaround all things considered with Covid nearing another peak right now. Additionally, their customer support seems to be very professional and responsive. I had a small issue and their support emailed me back right away. I'd say it was a great first experience with Mylabbox and I would absolutely recommend them. Their prices do tend to average a bit more than others but the service and professionalism are worth the slightly higher prices. They also give out promo codes online so make sure to look out for them if you want to avoid paying full price. Overall, this was a fantastic way to get the peace of mind I needed while being able to test in the comfort of my own home. The luxury of avoiding Covid spreaders at crowded testing centers is a terrific perk right now. Major thanks to Mylabbox for a great experience!

if you want a "clinic like experience" of being fast, efficient and professional, go to a clinic and stop complaining people in the reviews. everything went well here and as I expected, 2-3 weeks in total wait time

This test is super easy and a necessary tool to stay safe! I absolutely love the idea that I can get tested in the comfort of my own home. The test is very easy just make sure to carefully read through the brief instructions.
