Terrible service and product. Got kit from Walgreens, sent it in the next day. Never got results even after communicating with Mel as a customer service representative. Now the test is too old to use and I have not received my replacement. They will not refund me because I bought it through Walgreens and Walgreens will obviously not refund me because I used it. Do not recommend.

I ordered a testosterone kit. Was very Excited to recieve it and use their test kit. I read through the entire packet of instructions 6 times. In fact I spent two hours reading them to ensure everything I did was to their spec. I sent in my sample and waited for a month..... No word back. Finally I emailed them asking for an update. They claimed that my sample wasn't adequate, and said I would need to be reimvoiced (pay again) for a second kit). Absolutely astonishing how poor their customer service response timing and methodology is. See email chain below. Hello *****, I apologize for not being able to respond sooner. We received information from the lab that your sample was rejected because it was hemolyzed. Hemolysis occurs when red blood cells break open, releasing hemoglobin and other substances that can interfere with test results and affect their accuracy. To help you with proper blood collection for your next sample, I’ve attached a guide with detailed instructions. Please review the guide and follow the steps carefully to ensure the best results. If you’re interested in a replacement kit, please let me know. I will then send you an invoice and prepare your order right away. This company is a joke. I purchased a $60 testosterone test from Walgreens after seeing that the results would be fast. After waiting about a month I contacted my lab box via email and they told me it must of gotten lost in the mail. They sent me a replacement test so I wasn’t too upset. Once I got the replacement test in the mail I tried to register it on their website when it then said there is no test kit with this registration#. So after emailing them again the get to the bottom of it, I mailed them my second test kit. That was over a month ago and still no results. The initial test was sent on august 7th, it’s now October 5th and two tests later with no results. Absolute waste of time and energy. Don’t spend your hard earned money on their products, go with another company.

This was the longest most drawn out ordeal I’ve ever had with a simple std panel. I got the Uber box and added the mgen test. I opened the mgen first and went to register it. It clearly said “for covid 19 tests you can only register one test at a time”. I don’t have a covid test so I register mgen and get it all done to send out. Go to register the Uber and says it’s an invalid number. I emailed never heard back. I assume it’s because I already have a test registered even though no one bothered to respond. This was in August. I wait 12 full days to get my mgen results so I finally send off the Uber box. Since then I have sent 3 emails, messaged the live chat 4 times, called and left two messages and I have heard nothing. They finally posted my results after 15 days. Plus the 12 for the mgen. That is ridiculous!!! A month for simple std panel? And they never responded to any of my communication. Choose somewhere else please for your sanity.

They advertise 3 - 5 days for test results on the STD kits. It's now been about 5 weeks and I still don't have results. It was 3 weeks before it updated to "Received by lab." I recommend avoiding completely.

I ordered an STI /STD kit. Upon arrival tried to register and their website failed to register the kit, had to wait two days for them to manually do it. Then I sent out the kit and followed all of their instructions. They were 5 days past their "estimated 8 processing days" (13 days) from receiving the sample when they told me they couldn't test for two of the STI blood samples having an issue (most likely from sitting around too long). Then they offered me a discounted kit for another $30. I still don't have my results and they are trying to charge me for their slow processing error. I cannot recommend. Asking for a full refund. I've used LetsGetTested before (was a little more expensive), but they gave me the results fast and accurate.

I bought their $125 thyroid test kit a couple of months ago and upon opening the box, something that looked about the size of a business card fell face down on my floor. A few other things nearly fell out but I caught them, one item was a vague set of instructions on how to do the test. I soon discovered that what fell to the floor (and what I accidentally had stepped on) was a blood sample/collection card that I accidentally stepped on. The instructions were clear not to contaminate the collection card but it was too late. I sent an email asking for a new collection card but myLAB Box never responded and after reading numerous reviews on various websites, I determined these people are indeed scoundrels and/or have gone out of business AND I threw away $125 on their worthless test kit.
