Amazing app that supports you the whole way through. I absolutely love it. I have only done the trial but it’s amazing with how it supports you even if you have no clue what you’re doing. I feel like an expert now lol. I’m not! But this app has made me feel confident that I am doing the plan correctly. After only one week my results are amazing! I feel good and motivated to continue.
