I am absolutely new to this ketogenic…
I am absolutely new to this ketogenic diet. This app is absolutely so helpful in helping to plan meals, learn about what to eat and what not to eat. Also, all Of the educational resources are amazing!!!

Been working out the app for days
Been working out the app for days It seems simple enough but how do you get advice ? Wanting to discuss calories. Proteins. All new to me. A lot of people feel for weight loss. Protein should be more and less fat. Following the app as it’s set up and look forward to seeing results

FINALLY a Tool for Success!!
Still getting to know the app and where things are but it seem pretty intuitive. What I love most is its specific tally of carb along the way. No math required. It even tells me how many carbs I have left as I eat throughout the day. Lots of tool like recipes, hints and advice on how to make keto more doable!
