Keto diet app is the worst app I have ever used. It is not user-friendly for logging your meals, the recipes are nothing you’d wanna make, it is a complete waste of money and I think that the reviews that they have are from their own team. Don’t buy!!!

Lost 14 lbs in my first week. Just now hitting the wall and getting over the sugar headaches and fighting urge for snacks with my body. Here’s to another week. Goal is to lose 5 lbs this week.
