Ordered my bracelets during the buy-one-get-one-free sale. They arrived fairly quickly and seem to be good quality and pretty! Unfortunately, they are too big on my wrist and I'm not sure if they will do exactly what they're supposed to do being that they are supposed to make contact with your wrist. Maybe start offering sizes and having customers measure their wrists? Thank you!

Ordered my bracelet on 10/3. Received 3 or 4 emails telling me it's on it's way. Checked "tracking" frequently since order was placed. Since they claim product is shipped from the US, I assumed it would be here pretty quick. Checked "tracking" again today (10/17), states it's been "out for delivery" since 10/15 😑...sent an email to customer service today...at this point just send me a refund 🙄

I ordered two bracelets on 01/10 and still haven't received them. I tried contacting you and received the same reply twice. It looks like a scam company at this point. I hope I’m wrong but at this stage I think I lost my money
