You kept talking about how heavy it was, and honestly, I don't think they are heavy at all. I'm wearing one on each wrist, with hopes that I get double the positive affects from it. Now, I wait and see. I will update you at a later date, im praying they help.

Ordered my bracelets during the buy-one-get-one-free sale. They arrived fairly quickly and seem to be good quality and pretty! Unfortunately, they are too big on my wrist and I'm not sure if they will do exactly what they're supposed to do being that they are supposed to make contact with your wrist. Maybe start offering sizes and having customers measure their wrists? Thank you!

I have not received the bracelet yet, but the address was entered incorrectly. I was told that customer service was available 24/7 and that if i sent an email it woudl be responded to within an hour. I have sent 6 emails over the last 2 days about changing an address, and there has been no response. I have replied to the customer service email address as well as to the "automated" emails from Emma, who states that the bracelet is on the way. While I hope I am wrong, I am not feeling very positive about a product when I can't get a simple response to my email. update. The team reached out shortly after this post and apologized for any inconvenience. They haven been great and were able to get the bracelets resent. It’s my second day wearing them and they are very pretty. Thank you team for taking care of the issue .
