I typically do not write negative reviews, but I am hoping that in writing this review, I can spare someone from overspending on a subpar product. Firstly, the hematite bracelet and its purported benefits are not the issue. I would happily buy a hematite bracelet, like the ones I purchased from Haima, again, but at a significantly reduced cost. As hematite is not a patented, unique-to-Haima stone/crystal, you are overpaying for the “brand”/rebranding of a product. Secondly, the quality of the bracelet does not merit its wild price-point. Since receiving my bracelets, I have given the reviews another look. To be clear, I received them a little over 24 hours ago. The reviews echo many of my sentiments. Overpriced, poorly constructed, far too large with no possibility of an adjustment without breaking it and an inaccurate depiction of colour. In order for the bracelet to sit flush against my skin, I have to wear the bracelet half-way up my forearm (so does my mom). The “gold” colour is not at all gold and clashes with all of my mother’s gold jewelry. It is definitely a brass tone AND on top of the horrible looking colour, it is already “chipping” after one day of wear. Lastly, the “guarantee” is horse manure. The item cannot be worn and the buyer must pay for any associated costs with the return (i.e. shipping). I will admit I was skeptical of this purchase from the beginning, but desperate for relief from perimenopausal symptoms, I took a leap of faith with this purchase. I regret this purchase from the standpoint that the price does not reflect the quality or craftsmanship that it should.

Paid for an order. A shipping label was created and no item was ever sent. I fear it's a scam and I won't receive item. It's been almost a month since the order was placed. Would love a real person from the company to contact me.

I bought a mid-sized oak-finish bookshelf from MyHaima after comparing a few furniture sites, mainly because the dimensions were listed clearly, which isn't always the case elsewhere. Delivery took eight days and the courier called ahead, which I appreciated. Two of the panels had minor scuffs near the edges, but they face the wall so I let it go. What really tested my patience was the assembly guide—the diagrams were small and skipped a step, so I had to backtrack once. Once built, it feels sturdy enough. Reasonable value, just set aside extra time for putting it together.
