Got this for my daughter and she loves her new bed!

Within 30 minutes of placing my order, I was contacted by someone about my order. He was concerned that the email confirming my order had bounced back and wanted to make sure I got the order confirmation and the tracking information. It turned out someone had sent a massive photo file filling up my email account! Thanks to quick customer service, we were able to resolve the missed email immediately. The order arrived just 8 days after I placed the order, even though it was across Labor Day weekend. The mattress is plush with a soft surface but firm support. We are really enjoying it. Thanks!

Great service from beginning to end. Never tried to sell me on a more expensive mattress but instead focused on what was best for my son. Happy to say he loves his new bed and is sleeping better! They even told me to wait a few days because there was an upcoming Labor Day sale. Such a great experience for a superior product.

Great company with quality mattresses with chemical-free, non-petroleum products in their mattresses. Easy to buy online and ship, although their 100 day test policy seems a little misleading, as it is not a return, it would be a donation of the mattress to a local charity if you were to not like their mattress.

Great customer service, great delivery, super comfortable mattress

I spent many weeks searching for a good, organic, nontoxic mattress...At the end I was insecure between Mygreenmattress and another new brand, 100% organic, same price and more certifications. The reason why I choose My greemmattress was: the 3" inches of latex and the firmness grade that they declare on their website. The other company had 2 inches of latex.. so I thought was too firm. I bought Natural Escape mattress 3 inches of latex...medium firmness, as they stated and wrote me by e-mail. The mattress is HARD like a Rock. Very uncomfortable and the 3 inches of latex are not enough. They said 6.5 to 10 firmness...I can say it is 9 to 10. I am a side sleeper and I am used to medium firm mattress.. This is like sleeping on the floor. When I asked them information about the firmness grade, I also said I was a side sleeper and I did not want a firm mattress, I said I was searching for a medium. They told me this was perfect for most of sleepers, especially side sleepers. Definitely not true. Furthermore on the label no mention about natural or organic materials used. Weird! Their King size is smaller than regular King size... They said because the mattress are handcrafted...but that can mean each mattress measures can be slightly different...not smaller. I regret this purchase. I may try to spend addituonal money and add a 2 or 3 inches of latex topper...the only way to keep the mattress and sleep on it...otherwise I will return back.
