Very happy with the Natural Escape mattress. It threaded the needle in terms of being soft enough for my wife and firm enough for me.

Customer service was very helpful, and the bed is great. It's very comfortable and seems to be wearing evenly after nearly three months.

Not comfortable

I love the mattress and how it is made and the smell. The Pure Echo ended up being too firm for me but customer service has been really helpful giving me options of returning, exchanging, or figuring out a good mattress topper. In the end I think I will keep the mattress because it seems so we'll made and has great support and I can customize the softness with a topper. I do wish the mattress had handles so it would be easier to flip.

Site navigation, Ease of purchase, Prompt delivery, and Materials; all top-notch 5 / 5. Workmanship, I give 4.5 / 5. The stitching appeared to be rushed. Quality could have been better. Mattress is firm enough for good posture, but not quite soft enough for someone with inflammatory issues.. Always a compromise. Thank you for your product. So far, I like it.

I was looking for a healthy mattress choice for our toddler transitioning to his big boy bed. I reasearched for days and called My Green Mattress with further questions. Spoke with the owner and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, even when I mentioned I was down to his mattress and another competitor's, he confirmed they are also a good company and didn't try to persuade me toward his brand, simply presented what made them different. I went with My Green Mattress because of the organic cover, natural wool and no soy, foam or latex for our little one. the price was also lower than our other choice. The wool does have a slight (natural) odor but I'd take it any day over toxic fire retardant chemicals. We aired the mattress out on the deck a couple of days and my son has not complained nor do I smell anything noxious. It's comfortable and I enjoy reading books to him cuddled together, might need to upgrade our own mattress :) Thank so much My Green Mattress for this healthy mattress option!!

Great mattress! I'm a 23 year old female- I got the Natural Escape and it is perfect- not too soft, nor too firm. I was initially worried the mattress would be too firm to me, but it is great. I would say it is a 5 out of 10 in terms of firmness. The mattress also arrive within a couple of day and I noticed no scent whatsoever. I will definitely recommend to family and will repurchase in the future. Thanks!
