excellent bed and excellent service!!

Mattress arrived as promised and was fairly easy to cut open (though make sure you have it positioned where you want it prior to cutting off the packing materials). This mattress has provided the blend of firmness and soft comfort that I didn't get from my prior memory foam bed. I have been sleeping quite comfortably and have had no issues with shoulder or arm soreness since I got this bed. This looks and feels like a great quality mattress.

I wish you had sold a box spring with the mattress. I purchased one at a mattress store - the other night the bed COLLAPSED! I have had this brass bed for over 40 years - that has NEVER happened before!

We have owned other organic mattresses and this one is by far the most comfortable. I ordered it for my teen son's new bed, and he loves it! Says it is super comfy! There was no odor as previous reviews had mentioned.

Great customer service! Had some questions before I ordered and was directed to the best mattress for me plus when I e-mailed to say the tracking showed no shipment, they checked into it and the tracking had changed and gave me the update...good thing because fed-ex actually had it as delivered but they decided not to leave it due to rain so I was able to contact them and they delivered it that very day! So as to the mattress...I got the Natural Escape in Queen size. At first I wasn't thrilled about it being compressed but it opened fully up right away. The only negative is that because of the compression it was a little twisted so hopefully that doesn't compromise anything down the road. So far it is fairly comfortable - I say that only because I know there is an adjustment with new mattresses and I've only had it a short time so it's not my dream mattress from the git-go but I have noticed my shoulder pain is somewhat reduced. All in all, after going through half a dozen mattress thus far, I would definitely recommend giving My Green Mattress a try!

Plenty soft enough without being too soft. We love it and so does our baby girl! Worth the investment!!

Although we experienced a minor quality defect on the two mattresses we purchased, the customer service team was extremely responsive to our inquiry and was very ammenable to a mutually agreed upon resolution. So far (1 week sleeping) the products have proved to be what we needed. Based on our customer service experience, and the value for what we got, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
