I had some difficulty with the purchasing process and the customer service was exemplary. They handled the problem with speed and understanding. Then when I received my shaver, I was astounded by the performance. No chance in ever nicking myself and a very close shave. Love it.

The quality and design is amazing! I love the way it hugs the contours of your body to get a close shave! The product was worth the money!

I’ve enjoyed working with FreeBird. That are quick to give you service and when things go wrong they are so nice and try to make it right even if it wasn’t their fault. The razor I got was for ladies and it had 5 free attachments. It shaves so fast and smooth and clean up is quick. Best deal I’ve ever got for ordering and getting merchandise and it actually works great. Very pleased and this is my second purchase from them.

I love the attachments and how easy it is to hold. The clipper attachment worked great and the precision trimmer was great. Didn’t irritate my face or sensitive areas. I was impressed to finally have a trimmer that did not knick me. High quality product even moreso for that price
