My shaver quit working after a year of use. Contacted customer service. They responded in a couple hours. After I told them the issue they sent me a replacement.

I've had my shaver for quite sometime and it still performs very well. The blades last long and it's easy to change them when needed. Their customer service is excellent and they respond and do their best to deal with any issue you may have. I would definitely recommend Freebird!

Have used the Freebird multiple times on my bald head and facial areas. Runs smooth , no pull or poke. Cuts very low and clean. Overall enjoy this product

The product is amazing and they ship their orders fast. I ordered a travel case and charger holder as well. I suggest ordering when you order you're razor, you get a much bigger discount. So nice not to b sliced and diced.my razors anymore. Highly recommend!!! Michaelle

I really appreciated how quickly Naomi was about to help resolve my issue! A piece on the shaver was broken and she was able to issue a new one for us. I have had nothing but great customer service since purchasing from Freebird.

They are nice looking, very impressive actually and we both like them and we love that you can buy replacement attachments for them and they have a case for them!

Bald head newbie. Just purchased the Freebird Pro after reading numerous reviews for the many head shavers out there and the Freebird does not disappoint. Shaving my head for the first time was a snap. Freebird customer service is great and very attentive.
