The fact that I can cut and trim my hair and goatee in my own home is AWESOME! But the fact that I'm not waiting for a barber, or paying $60 every other week get the cut and trim I want is even better. The shaver and easy to switch attachments give me everything I need to look my best whenever I want to!

Best thing 'this company' does well is make an excellent shaver--either model, really.-- Freebird does, however, need to make their sales contracts clearer. Took me 5-6 messages to get clarity on purchase/discount terms.--Bonus, however, was happy discovery of a real person (Kristine) at the end of what I suspected was an AI trail to Automatia.

I was using a razor blade before now, and I used to get cuts/bruises on my head. In 2023, I saw an advert on Social media, so I ordered the Shaving kit, charging kit with all the Flexseries accessories. Presently, I have moved to the Pro Shaving kit, the Charging Dock, and all the accessories. For a refill, I ordered the Flexseries and Pro refill blade with the shave care. It has been a wonderful experience, with no regrets and great value-added. In addition, the customer service is top-notch.
