Fantastic customer service is really good and when I didn’t get my other two packages, they sent them out right away now that is good. Customer service and delivery service is very very slow but everything else is 08 OK

The razor is very light. I am still learning, in my advanced age, how to shave with an electric shaver. I’m working hard to make it feel as close to a regular bladed razor. I am following and trying to listen to the great support of the company. It does shave closer than the other electric razors I tried.

The Freebird razor works well on the tiny stubble, just move it in small circular motions. It’s quiet and easy to handle, gives a great shave on all body parts. I did find that the razor covers are difficult to open but it’s getting slightly easier. The company is responsive and supportive. Overall I’m happy with it.
