This is my first time ever using this type of shaver and it passes any other shaver that I’ve ever used. My first shave was very successful and left my head smooth where I didn’t miss a spot. I’m sold. I recommend the shaver and the customer service and follow up is great.

The product came very quickly. It was even better than I hoped it would be. I have tried a few different electric razors through the years and have been using a blade razor for quite awhile. This is, by far, the best I have ever used and I think I am hooked. THANKS!

Freebird has excellent customer service and my legs felt like I had used a razor after using their shaver. When I received my shaving kit. The bikini trimmer was broken. I contacted customer service, sent some pictures, and corresponded with Jan. She responded very quickly each time and is sending me a new bikini trimmer free of charge. I used their regular shaver head and my legs felt so smooth I couldn’t believe it.

I've been using freebird products for years. If there was ever any any glitch in a piece of their equipment, they rapidly replaced it in a questions asked. So great customer service. Great product! I have a bald head so I shave it every other day. I just love it
