Great shaver and great company! My husband’s Freebird shaver stopped work after about 6-7 months . The Freebird company sent him a brand new shaver !! FreeBird Pro Purchase: I was skeptical to place the order - but then I decided to just do it - it was a breeze - I made a mistake when I placed the order on a Saturday so I reached out to customer service via online chat - wow, they found my order, corrected it and gave me back a refund of $6 and change to reflect the new proper order - right then and there I felt very comfortable with my purchase of this product and the company behind it - once my new proper order was in place I was able to see everything in my online FreeBird shave portal and adjust my subscription frequency etc - easy peasy - my kit has just arrived and it’s all set to use - I have not used it yet but everything looks solid…..I see no issues! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
