Company can not be trusted. Money taken out account without authorization. Very dishonest. Would not recommend.

Same thing happened to me with Freebird. I ordered it as a gift. Had no idea it was for any subscription. Plus I bought the shaver in December. Why would I need a replacement in January?? I tried and tried to cancel. The site would not let me. I have disputed this with the company and with PayPal. I also removed Paypal as my form of payment. It wasn’t until then that it let me cancel. I’m going to keep trying to get the $27 for the replacement head. It’s all so shady.

I received an e-mail stating an order that I did not order, had been processed and shipped. I did not sign up for anything other than my initial purchase. Of course, they do not have a contact number by phone. I submitted my information via their website, but it did not go through, nor did they acknowledge that they received my email via their website. Do not order from this company!! I will be contacting my credit card company immediately to dispute any charges from Freebird Shaver. This company is a scam!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Purchased the shaver as an Xmas gift and then today received an unexpected email to say they had taken another amount for a subscription I had no idea I had signed up for I have tried to cancel this on their website but unsurprisingly it is not going through - just whirling when submitting cancellation. I have emailed them and blocked them from future payments

I purchased a razor. Then several weeks later I see an unauthorised payment taken from my account. They said I had signed up for a subscription. Just a scam to take money. I cancelled. This and blocked my bank account from them. They asked Access again. Be very wary. I would never use this company

I purchased a shaver for my husbands Christmas present. Today they have taken unauthorised money from my PayPal for a replacement head that I did not order. Absolutely terrible

DO NOT USE! My husband initially received the razor at a great price and then a few weeks later received a replacement head and was charged £23 for it. They had set up a subscription that wasn't agreed to and therefore took the payment which had NOT been authorised. Thankfully we managed to cancel the subscription as we used PayPal.

SCAM they signed me up for a subscription that I didn't even know about until it was taken from my bank account no reply to Emails or messages I sent I can't delete my bank card from the website worst company ever and 1 big Scam do not use
