I have had the same experience of many others described in these reviews. I wish I would have read before buying the razor as a christmas gift. I was subscribed without permission for razor refills and was unable to cancel through company website after multiple tries and after emailing the company. I had to file a dispute via PayPal. This company uses coercive and fraudulent practices. DO NOT purchase from them.

Rubbish product battery runs out fast and doesn’t cut as good as adverts make plus sending me new heads which I never asked for just cancel subscription keep away from this company Better off with a electric shaver from boots

Ordered shaver for a present, then found that money had been taken out of my PayPal account as unknowing to me have they have entered me into a subscription fee every six weeks. Have now deactivated their account on PayPal.

I bought two as Christmas presents and Jan 9th I see a charge on my PayPal for two replacement heads and immediately I sent them an email to cancel the subscription I never agreed to. And still disputing it with PayPal. What a pain and what a shady company. Read all the small prints before you purchase. I do NOT recommend, too time consuming to get MY money back!!

Scam artists. Just as everyone else, i purchased the razor as a xmas gift, and def did not consent or sign up to a subscription. Lo and behold an order was placed and money debited from my account without my knowledge or permission. Have cancelled subscription but they have made it very difficult to do that. Dishonest and underhand, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS

WHAT A SCAM. was extremely careful about signing up to a subscription and made sure I didn't but used SHOP to pay, lo and behold like everyone else here a subscription for £23 came out of my account 6 weeks later. AND I WORK IN ECOM! never again will I pay using Shop and not have an account with the company direct. I even posted about this being uncomfortable on the day I placed the oder on Linkedin. I managed to stop any further amounts being taken, and have contacted the bank who are VERY happy to open a dispute as a fraudulent transaction. PLEASE be aware of this, its not a reflection on the product at all which I gave to my dad (and hope he actually likes it).
