Absolute joke of a company, I had to ban them from my bank as they keep sending unwanted crap replacement heads. Don't by any circumstances go near them.

Same as everyone else. You buy an item and they sign you up to a subscription and debit your account. An absolute scam!

Decrepit Service between pushed into a subscription and failing to ship as paid for. Nuts to them.

No stars if possible !!!!! Beware! You can’t cancel subscription and they keep sending them. I have cancelled online many times. I have sent many messages with no response. No phone number to reach them also.

I purchased a free bird shaver approximately six weeks ago. Try to charge it not getting any power. This is the second one I purchased in both haven’t lasted more than three months disappointed

They are an absolute joke. Bought the shaver only and they have continued to charge a monthly fee and sending a blade when not requested. Will not buy again.
