That’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver. Font identification can be tricky, especially with unique or stylized samples, and in some cases, our system may suggest the closest match from our library when the exact font isn’t available. Because font licenses are digital and non-returnable, we’re typically unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases, unless there’s a technical issue with the font itself.
