I wanted two fonts to use in autoCAD…
I wanted two fonts to use in autoCAD drawings. I bought what I liked but I can't get them to work. It seems I need .ttf fonts and what I bought was .otf fonts. I asked about a refund but the response said that the .otf descriptions was shown and since I agreed to the "Terms & Conditions", that they will not refund. Well, I never saw the .otf designation and you can't complete a purchase without agreeing to the "Terms & Conditions" so I'm out my money. They are more interested in sales than customer service or customer satisfaction. It's just disappointing how things operate these days. March 2026--after writing about my experience, I was later contacted by someone else at MyFonts and they offered a remedy. I repurchased one of the fonts I was wanting singularly. When that was done, I sent the order number and they refunded my original purchase, and directly sent me a .TTF file of one of the fonts I was wanting. So it is working in AutoCAD now. I am grateful for this action and feel less taken advantage of. I have changed my review from 2 to 3 stars, mostly because I'm not sure I would have been recontacted without taking the time to review what happened to me. Thank you MyFonts for reaching back out and thank you TrustPilot for giving me a platform.
