each tech sets my system diff from the prev one....All is ok though.....primarily home page etc. but great professional techs.

The only thing I have that I am disappointed with is the cost and only a two week window for help after. Other than that I am very satisfied.

I would have these people work on my computer again. They didn't mind my question about their authenticity. They were very nice to work with.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help fixing whatever it was that I did to mess up my PC. The first young man I spoke to Zak was understanding and explained what My Fast PC could and would do to help and the cost up front. He explained everything so that I could understand what to expect. I am more than pleased with the service I have received. When the Tec call and he told what was wrong and that it was fixed and if I had any other problems just call the they would help me and they have. This is the best thing I have purchased in years. I have recommended My Fast PC to all my friends. They are all technicality challenged too! ( Birds of a Feather) Thanks!

I'm still having some trouble but the work you did generally lets me use my computer.

I would like to have they typeface a darker ink as these old eye can barely see the type on emails.

I have given up on this "dinosaur". I've bought a HP laptop to replace it. Now just to get everything switched from the "dinosaur" to the laptop. Hopefully I will be able to zip along the net now.
