Your company provided a service when I needed it. The pitch for continuing service was misleading and the three day time limit for cancellation to short to evaluate the program and the cancellation cost excessive.. I am sorry I signed up for it. I would not recommend this program

All the problems I had were taken care of. He also suggested a few other things that would make life easier on the computer.

I still often get a "no response" when on Firefox, and often the machine will freeze up for several minutes.

My computer was giving me many problems and was due for a cleaning, so I called in to MyFastPC. When the work was completed, my computer was the same and even developed other problems. It's frustrating.

In the day and age of cybercrime and pc damage,I found it refreshing to have my computer cleaned out of some of the garbage that is in cyberspace. I will never click on unknown e-mails again.
