They will scam your grandma or grandpa out of 200 dollars. Beware! None of their services are worth it you can get the programs installed for free if you download them yourself. They had issues with Google before, where their marketing accounts were shut down due to scam practices.

Their cleaning operation created menu fonts on both Microsoft Office and Photoshop that were very tiny, pale, and almost unreadable against the background. They wanted to help, but demurred while sorrowfully asserting they didn't work on individual programs. I pleaded with them to just reverse the damaging activities but they weren't able to do that. I tried reinstalling Photoshop (which I've taught) and Office. The Office installation disk which previously worked resulted in NO program available. I lost all my spreadsheets, emails, receipts, and calendar. You REALLY need to think about that. Do NOT participate in this program. Over the last few months, I've spent enough to buy a new computer, but it's money down the drain. They DID refund my most recent automatic credit card payment.

I couldn't ever get a hold of them whenever I tried to call these past few weeks. They put a bunch of apps in and it caused my computer to run slower and things were not working as they were suppose to be. I couldn't even fill out applications because of all the stuff they placed in my laptop. I had most of it removed and now I can fill out applications, etc. and my laptop is somewhat up to speed now. My Fast PC yet continues to take money out of my acct.even though I can not get through to them whatsoever. I had to change my debit account. Started becoming unsatisfied as time went by. It wasn't like this at first. They were helpful in the beginning then things started to change. Now I can no longer reach them no matter what I do yet they will still continue to take my money......

Hello Grace, My name is Katie Wright and I will be taking care of you today. I first want to apologize that you have not had an enjoyable experience with My Fast PC. I have reviewed your account and this is what I found. According to our records, you enlisted our services on September 29,2016. You were having issues with viewing your email. We performed a full system clean and remedied the email issue. Unfortunately, your email was no longer compatible with Internet Explorer. This is not control by us but by your email server. The technician provided another browser to allow you to view your emails. I know this is different but it was necessary. If you are experiencing any other issues, I would love to get you connected for us to resolve this. My contact information will be listed below. Thank You Katie Wright Customer Advocate [email protected] 1-800-573-8028

I wish I had read the reviews before giving these people any money. They have done nothing except tell me they would "call back" to help with a problem since the first month I joined. I cancelled and also asked for 12 month of my money back for none delivery of services. The tech couldn't/wouldn't process a refund but assured me the supervisor would call me back in the morning. That was 2+ months ago. Still no call back..

COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

Hello Lewis, We are sorry you experienced issues with your printer connection after your system clean. You had contacted us on May 15th and refused service to reconnect for us to assist with your printer connection. Unfortunately, we were unaware that you were experiencing these issues due to our last communication on May 5th where a technician assisted you with an email issue and was satisfied at the time. As requested, we have deactivated your account and will receive no further charges from My Fast PC. Thank You
