The techs whom I spoke with were somewhat arrogant, but they fixed my problem for a while. However, after the two week time that I had to fix additional problems without a charge, my original problem returned. When I called the number for Fast Pace there was some deal offered, unrelated to my concern. Then I was quickly told to hang up. I could not get in touch with Fast Pace. So I feel that I was duped.

I was a basket case at the beginning but soon relaxed and put myself in their competent hands. After, I think it was an hour or less, everything checked out and has been working fine ever since. I'd certainly recommend My Fast PC now.

It finished very late so I didn't have a chance to speak with the tech that did the work. Speaking with another tech the next day is not satisfactory since they have only notes. I don't know what happened to Adobe but It is not working and a lot of documents/photo's come in thru Adobe and can't be accessed. The message is "There was an error processing a page. Invalid color space". Then another change - when I open some documents, a page with file conversion comes up and it is gibberish and can't be made readable. I don't know what that is all about but I can't get to these documents. One more, Panda security was added. When I go to activate it, I get a message that the Panda security activation code is Invalid. None of these things did I have before the tune-up and need to be corrected. The rest of the work he did was very good. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions.

I have heard a lot recently about problems with virus' and other problems, and of course I started having problems. At this point I feel very confident that my problems have been taken care of and I also am confident that if I run into another problem that it will be taken care of.
