Not informed on credit limit per day
Not informed on credit limit per day, leave you in a bind when trying to make a big a big purchase

Hi, Rowena, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! Since the Fancard is a prepaid card, not a credit card, we don't have a credit limit. However, I believe you were referring to the daily purchase limit, which we have now made much clearer after receiving your feedback. Overall a great product
Overall I really like the university FanCards and the associated website. It would be an excellent experience if you had a phone number where you could text the word "balance" and it would send back to you the current account balance, or type in the word "last" and have the last transaction sent back to you.

Great Idea! We put our team to work on this immediately and already have it up and running! Cardholders can now text "balance" to 205-236-8226 and receive their available balance. We will work on adding latest transactions and probably a few easter eggs as well. Let us know if you have any issues. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you for everything, also my Florida Gators Fan Certificate, that was pretty cool to receive, wasnt expecting anything like that from a prepaid debit card company.
