“Hi, Sarah, thanks for the review. We do not charge a fee for direct deposits, and we never will. After looking at your account, it looks like you have only been charged two fees for less than $8. To apologize for any confusion, we have refunded one of those fees, the enrollment fee of $3.95. Please let us know if we can do anything to clarify our fees going forward!

Hi, Rowena, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! Since the Fancard is a prepaid card, not a credit card, we don't have a credit limit. However, I believe you were referring to the daily purchase limit, which we have now made much clearer after receiving your feedback. Hi Tonetha, thanks for the review. We do our best to keep our fees as low or lower than other prepaid cards. And we are the only prepaid card that can say that a portion of your membership fee goes to your school’s athletic department, along with giving you the opportunity to win tickets and other cool prizes from your team!
