Love My Team Mascot
Love My Team Mascot. But the Fees for withdrawals and cash deposits I don't like. Most of all I love flauntin my new card.

We appreciate the review, Denise! Unfortunately, we don't control the fees for adding cash to your card, those are set by the individual retailers themselves. But we'll look for ways to partner with retailers to lower those in the future. Thanks for the feedback and for being a Fancard cardholder!

It charged too much to use it
It charged too much to use it. Example i bought $10.00 in gas it charged me $15.00

Hi Jayson, we’re sorry about that! For clarity, oftentimes gas stations put holds on your Fancard for higher amount when you pay at the pump. Once your payment processes, that hold is removed and your Fancard is charged with the actual amount you purchased. To avoid this in the future, you can go inside and prepay for your fuel! My experience with my Fancard has been…
My experience with my Fancard has been a good one.i like the fact that you don't charge a monthly fee if I don't use it daily. And when I had a problem you handled it quickly and effectively. I will recommend this card to all my friends Thank You very much
