Ordered a valentines day gift at the time said delivery by 2-13-2026 and now a day b4 valentines its saying 2-17-2026 NEVER AGAIN just a friendly heads up for everyone else

I ordered this for My Husband’s Birthday. It arrived damaged and when I contacted them for a replacement they said they apologize they got a lot or reports of this item being damaged upon delivery. If I was to reorder it’s not a guarantee that it won’t be damaged and I won’t get a refund or another sent out for free. So basically I’ll be taking a chance on it arriving undamaged and if it is I’ll be out of my money and offered no replacement after the 2nd replacement.

Absolutely shocking quality bought a vinyl record player in time for my FIL's birthday received it and it didn't work. Spoke to customer service who offered me a 50% refund I declined and requested it be replaced. The replacement was received yesterday and that one doesn't work either!!!!. Poor quality avoid

I placed an order 3 weeks in advance from Valentine’s Day so I could gift my bf a sweet gift. A week later I contacted the company because when I went to check my order one item said it was out of stock. I was never informed that it went out of stock after I already placed my order. The lady told me I could choose something else or take a refund. I wanted to give my bf two gifts so when I inquired about a different gift, I was then told my original item was back in stock and would be processed. Now my items are complete but the shipping says February 22nd . I paid for VIP express shipping which I feel like is a scam at this point because it’s not projected to deliver till a month after since my original order placement . I’m very disappointed now I have to go out and spend more money than I expected. Their processing and shipping is only about 2 weeks total. Very disappointing I would not recommend unless you’re going to order something over a month in advance and do not pay for express shipping.

I placed an order and asked to make changes a couple hours later and was told it be a 30% fee. When I placed the order it said I would receive it by February the 14th which changed multiple times and now it shows it supposedly arrive by the 19th. The company was supposed be based out of the U.S. but is actually in China. It has been issue after issue with this company.

I received my shirt literally balled up like a piece of trash. Not folded ! It was disgusting. Now I dont have a birthday shirt for my son. Because of this horrible item they sent. Why would someone even do that? And sizing runs big not small.

Paid extra for fast shipping, Order isn’t arriving on time. I’m extremely disappointed. I need my order on time.

I ordered from this seller with the expectation that my product would arrive 2 days before Valentine’s Day, it’s now saying it won’t arrive until 3 days after Valentine’s Day which completely defeats the purpose of buying their product. I never would have bought from them if I knew if would take longer than they tell you. It’s deceiving and a waste of time and money.
