We received our photo pillow which had an issue with the picture , we contacted MyfaceBoxer and was contacted by Umer . We explained the problem and Umer got straight onto it, reviewed the pillow/photo and sorted our problem in the same day with a replacement pillow , excellent customer service, would use again , thanks for your support Umer. The customer service was appalling, it took 3 months for my order to arrive and when it did only half of my order was there, on the packing slip it said both items (which totalled to $100 NZD) were in the package but only one was. Contacting MyFaceBoxer was an arduous ordeal, it took them 1 week to get back to my initial email, they asked me to send through photo proof of the incomplete order i received which thankfully and knowingly i did take photos of every bit of packaging that my order came in.. This also took a very very long time. Months later my order was complete. I DO NOT recommend My Face Boxer in any aspect. Stay clear of them. The one star is for the quality of the product, good fabric, good boxers all round.. But better quality can be found from Kmart and without my face on them.

I placed an order online for a customised product but due to unfortunate circumstances, the product wouldn’t arrive on time. I contacted customer service about my dilemma and Umer, responded in a timely manner each time to my many emails in a professional manner. Umer provided me with options and resolutions and I am very appreciative of the help, speedy responses and all round great customer service received by Umer and the team at ‘My Face Boxer’. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Quick and efficient communication through support! The boxers turned out perfect. the material is SO SOFT and are sincerely my husband’s favorite pair of boxers because they’re so comfortable. I would give more stars if I could!

I wouldn't even give 1 star too, terrible customer service they lost my address twice ! Due to a computer error. Ordered for valentine's now February. Asked for a refund when they first lost my address was ignored then told yesterday they have already been printed. So not possible. Terrible company stay clear of them.

Takes FOREVER to arrive. And I ordered towards the end of January and I have yet to receive the item. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous as well. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I would recommend never doing business with this company.

This item came within a reasonable time frame and the quality was excellent and true to size. The pic imprint is awesome I am very satisfied

If your in a rush then don’t bother, these take ages to come, I ordered 2 weeks in advance of valentines and they turned up yesterday the 22nd feb 🤷‍♀️ It’s the 2nd time I’ve placed an order and the first time was the same but thought that may have been an isolated case, however on the flip side of this they are really nice when they do turn up and well made just really not worth the wait for the price you pay
