Some of the best customer service that I have experienced. I’ve ordered with them before and my order came out perfect and the second time I ordered it did not come out quite like I was expecting it to. I emailed customer service with my concerns and they were happy to replace the item I purchased! They were very nice and understanding and for that I am very grateful. I will definitely continue to order from them :)

Sara was amazing and so helpful even when I changed things three times she was so patient. The best costumer service I’ve seen especially during these times when it’s gone down.

Really don’t do it, worst service ever They told me I was going to receive a previous of the boxer and they didn’t send it They said the delivery date was 12-15 days; and it was not true; it was 15 days plus the 6 days they spend making the item And; my package didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they gave me a phone number to call and it was incorrect; I contacted them again and they only said we apologized They didn’t return my money and I didn’t receive the package And since the beginning the service was awful Really don’t do it; it’s just wasting time and money

SCAM COMPANY - sent the wrong sized item, then refused to accept a return on it. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY For the company reply: we’ve already communicated via many emails and they refused to accept a return on their own mistake. They refused to help and just want the customer to take the hit

I ordered boxers on 1/10/24 and confirmed 1/11/24 and have not received an update since. When I try to track my order, the page doesn’t come up with any info on it. Is this normal? I’m skeptical and feel like I was scammed…
