I bought 3 pair of glasses , it’s been a month and a half and I have not yet to receive my 3 rd pair, I asked for a specific lens on 2 pair and did not get them , I paid over a thousand dollars and they are not worth it , then I said I want a refund and the manager gave the the run around about my refund. This is in league city location they are very one experienced with eyeglasses.

This is a total bait and switch! I went into one of the My Eyelabs because I really needed a new pair of glasses. They advertise 2 pairs of glasses for $95, a free exam, and that they have over 1000 frames to choose from. First of all, the frames that are included in this price take up a 6' by 6' section of one wall. Maybe 30 frames, and they are hideous! They look like they came out of the clearance bin at the Dollar Store! The exam itself is done virtually by a doctor. There is someone there that measures your eyes, but the doctor is only on a screen in front of you. After they worked up my prescription, I tried to find a pair of lenses I could stomach! Nope, nothing. They were all hideous. So I started looking in the other frames they had that were not part of the $95 deal. I picked out a pair that was somewhat ok. They started working up my order, and by the time they were done, they said it was going to about $600. What in the world! I got upset, and said forget it. They said if you aren't going to buy any frames, then you have to pay for your exam - $45. Fine, whatever, just let me out of here. I took the prescription to my actual doctor, and they said the prescription wasn't even correct. Just walk away and don't even bother. It's a complete bait and switch!

My order was placed 31/2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I was informed there was an issue with the quality of the lenses. I was told they were sent back and expedited so I wouldn't have to wait so long again. They have still not arrived after another 12 days. I needed them for a crucial Dept of Transportation physical. I managed to squeeze by on the eye exam no thanks to myeyelab. I'll never use them again. I won't recommend them to anyone.

Actually 1 star is tooooooooooo much. I went to their office and after eye exam they recommended a pair of glasses and I made the full payment, they estimate 2 weeks to prepare them, however they delayed me for more than 1 month and still I don't receive my glasses yet. Every time I call them, they propose a new date.

Not only did they get my contact rx completely wrong(I literally went walkin to TARGET next day and optometrist was shocked), but the store manager insulted me when I refused his upsell for his higher commission. They refused to give me my RX until I bought overpriced frames - lied about it saying not ready while they typed in info to their little computer. Employees super unprofessional. Poor sale skills and shoddy rx. Waste of both my time and money. I wish i could bill them my actual hourly rate for lost time. Refused to refund for contacts that hadnt arrived yet that I couldn't even wear without DAMAGE to my eyes(as per a real optometrist). Refunded for those after cx rep decided to insult me multiple times reeking of commission desperation and I quoted their own policy to them. Oh and now it looks like they didn't even do my insurance correct and ordered the wrong lenses entirely. Complete disaster. They owe me for my wasted time. This place is predatory and criminal.

This company misrepresents itself by stating you can get an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for only $95. They LIE. You only get that if you qualify based on your prescription. They don't add that information in their advertisement. They lure you in and if you don't know, you will do the exam and think you can get the glasses and then they lay it on you that you don't qualify. They waste your time and tell you lies. They should be ashamed of themselves. I went with my dad who does not have vision insurance and this is what we went through. Then the store said they do the diabetes check and this store said they do not. I would have to go to another store. When I tried calling the main office the only people I could talk to were useless and I kept getting disconnected. They ask for you phone number but don't call you back when that happens. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING

1 star is literally TOO MUCH!!! They are HORRIBLE 2 pair of glasses waited almost 3 weeks one pair came in with ONE TEMPLE and the lady couldn’t put the temple on said I would have to wait until Saturday for another worker that knew how to do it……3 more days (there were 3 workers there)oh and waiting another week for my second pair to come!! I went to the lab located in Marietta Ga. They are very dishonest. I ordered two pair of glasses three weeks ago. I have not received the eyeglasses. They refuse to tell Acima that I do not have the merchandise. Now I am being forced to pay for eyeglasses that I NEVER received!!! Please stay away from this business!
