I visited My Eyelab a few weeks ago. Blair was amazing! He went over and beyond to provide me with excellent, quality customer service to adjust my eye glasses. This was not a typical adjustment. Blair had to take my glasses apart to adjust them. Then, he took the time to heat to adjust my ear pieces. I had not purchased my glasses from here. I had them for years and bought them in another state. Blair's kindness and care has made me want to be a future customer when the time comes when I am in the need for new glasses.

I went eye glass shopping with my partner today @ eyelab @ Ablemarle Rd. It was a great 1st time experience! The lady Manager who helped us was just wonderful! She was so warm, friendly and helpful! Her name is Tara Hunt. We got a great pair of glasses at a reasonable price. We will go back there again and highly recommend them to others wanting a nice pair of glasses at a reasonable cost with excellent Customer Service!

I had 2 eye surgeries last year on my retina and cataract. I had already spent a lot of money on my eyes plus new eye glasses at my previous eye Dr. After my cataract surgery I asked eye surgeon for my prescription. I took to Dawsonville Eyelab. I thought maybe bait and switch. No. I told manager what had happened with previous eyeglasses. I asked if they could do the special. He said yes. I did not add anything to the glasses. I was thrilled. Both pair fit and I could see better than with previous prescription from my eye Dr. Consumers need to know what they want. I am sure if you add anything they will let you know before you add extras. Don’t blame Eyelab for your ignorance. Kandice
